Ancillary Draft
This is my first ancillary draft, instead of taking an conventional approach with using an real life photo of an artist I chose a less traditional and more contemporary art for my CD cover. The photos which was taken for my CD cover were manipulated to give the cartoon effect. Personally I enjoy the final result as it is fun and bright contrasting with the sad content within the song I have chosen 'Drown'. The use of binary opposites creates a perfect balence of emotions attracting the audience to the unconventional CD cover, therefore increasing the chances of sales. In order to improve my draft I will be showing the public my design and they will be ask tailed questions which will help me develop my CD cover further. Gaining coutomer opinion will really help me target my audience as it will be altered to suit there needs and wants within a CD cover.
